This is a great class for beginners as well as more experienced yogi’s who prefer a slower pace. With a focus on the core poses for strength, flexibility, and balance we’ll work on proper alignment and good breathing techniques. We’ll also learn the Sanskrit names of poses. Relaxation and some basic meditation tips are included. Work at your own pace and advance when you’re ready.
Stretch and Center
This class is designed for people rehabbing from illness or injury or people re-introducing movement/exercise. Poses can be done from a chair or the floor and will include standing but supported movement. A great class to improve range of motion in the joints.
Each week of this series will have a specific focus, is designed to open, assist, and deepen our work for greater change. The focus could be physical, energetic, or pose related. All levels welcome.
This class provides just the right challenge. As we move through a series of poses you can modify based on what you need. Enjoy an easier variation or kick it up a notch, the choice is yours. Either way, you’ll be safe and supported. Each class includes breath work and relaxation, plus a few minutes in quiet meditation.
