breath.life.yoga strives to stay true to the foundations of authentic yoga. We incorporate asana, breathing techniques, and meditation into our classes so you experience every aspect of this ancient practice.

We offer several unique ways to experience yoga – group classes, private sessions, even classes in a corporate setting. We design our classes with the goals, skill level, and capacity of each student in mind. Smaller class sizes allow for more personal attention. You won’t get lost in the crowd at breath.life.yoga. Along with our regular asana classes we frequently offer kids yoga, restorative yoga, partner yoga and others specialty yoga classes.

breath.life.yoga offers yoga lifestyle classes too. You can learn about Ayurveda, take a vegetarian cooking class, study meditation and attend group meditation, study yoga philosophy, and attend classes on other related subjects.
