A health coach partners with you to help you set achievable goals around better health and provides you with the educations, skills, and tools you need for success. While many people have a goal of weight loss or gain there are many other reasons to seek the help of a health coach. Your doctor may have suggested you work on your cholesterol, blood pressure, or blood sugar. You may be training for an athletic event. You may simply want to learn to eat better. A health coach designs a program specifically for your needs.
At breath.life.yoga we offer health coaching in one-on-one and group sessions.
The Empowered Living Program
The Empowered Living Program ISN’T one size fits all. The experience is different for everyone and is based on your needs and goals. You’ll get out of it what you put in and more!
- A 6 month program designed especially for you
- Private sessions every 2 weeks
- Find the right way to eat and exercise for YOU
- Receive nutrition education
- Learn to read food labels and navigate the grocery store
- Learn or refine your cooking skills
- Align your career, relationships, and spirituality with you goals
- Get support and accountability as you bring your life into balance
Over the course of the program there will be monthly opportunities for you to participate in a variety of group classes.

Group Health Coaching
